Service Areas
Elder Care Mediation
(01)
When families face complex decisions about the care of aging loved ones, tensions can rise. Mediation offers a neutral space to navigate issues such as guardianship, caregiving responsibilities, long-term care planning, estate concerns, and medical or financial coordination. Disagreements among siblings or relatives can be resolved before they escalate, thereby protecting both family harmony and the dignity of the person at the center of the issue.
With over ten years of experience as a court-appointed legal guardian, Dev brings his expertise as a family mediator, as well as a deep understanding of the challenges families face during these sensitive and transitional periods.
Silver Divorce
(02)
Divorce later in life comes with a different set of complexities—retirement accounts, adult children, long-term assets, and decades of shared history. Silver Divorce Mediation is designed to support couples who are navigating separation after 50 with care, clarity, and dignity.
Dev brings a calm, grounded presence to the table, helping both parties work through emotional and financial decisions without unnecessary conflict. With a deep understanding of the legal and personal dynamics unique to late-in-life divorce, he helps clients reach balanced agreements that honor the life they’ve built while preparing them for what comes next.
Real Estate Mediation
(03)
Real estate disputes are common and costly. Mediation offers a clear path forward in cases involving purchase or lease agreements, seller disclosures, appraisal and commission disputes, co-ownership disagreements, boundary disputes, or remorse on the part of the buyer or seller.
With over 20 years as a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Dev brings both legal understanding and practical insight to every mediation. Whether you’re a homeowner, investor, agent, or business partner, he helps all parties communicate effectively and work toward an agreement that protects everyone’s interests.
Small Construction Disputes
(04)
For construction projects under $100,000, pursuing legal action can often be too expensive, and the small claims court may be too limited to resolve the issue properly. Mediation provides a practical solution. From home renovations to roof replacements, fencing issues to commercial buildouts, Dev helps property owners and contractors find a fair resolution.
With hands-on experience from years in his family’s general contracting business, he understands the technical details and emotional stakes of these disputes and works efficiently to find middle ground before legal costs escalate.
*All services are available to pro se clients (without legal representation). We’re here to support you, however you choose to move forward.

Meet Dev Doyno
As a Florida Supreme Court-certified civil and Family Mediator, I’ve spent decades helping individuals, families, and professionals resolve conflicts without the need for litigation. My background includes over 20 years in real estate, family guardianship, and legal studies, which allows me to understand the complex legal, emotional, and logistical aspects at play in many disputes.
Clients often come to mediation feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck. My role is to bring calm to the process, listen without judgment, and help both parties communicate clearly and productively. I don’t make decisions for my clients—I create a space where they can find resolution on their own terms.
Whether you’re navigating elder care issues, dissolving a partnership, or trying to avoid the stress of court, I offer a structured, private path forward. I serve clients throughout Florida, both in person and online.
